1. Information processed

The MCP tool receives the Instagram URL you submit and processes the associated video, its identifier and technical metadata, and the generated storage URL. Videos may themselves contain personal information such as faces, voices, usernames, or locations. Requests and infrastructure logs may include IP addresses, timestamps, user agents, errors, and connection metadata. If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you include.

The tool is designed to accept a URL only. It does not require your Instagram password, your AI conversation history, or client-side Instagram cookies. Your AI provider may process your conversation separately under its own policies.

2. Why we process information

We process this information to download and validate the requested video, return a working MP4 URL, operate and secure the service, investigate failures or abuse, respond to support and deletion requests, and comply with applicable requirements. Where a legal basis is required, it depends on the context and may include providing the requested service, legitimate operational and security interests, consent where required, or legal obligations.

3. Public video storage

Uploaded MP4 files are publicly accessible to anyone with their URLs, without login. Public URLs can be shared or copied. Do not submit confidential or sensitive material. Public storage is part of the requested conversion, not private storage. ClipBridge does not intentionally sell submitted videos or use them to train its own AI model.

4. Providers and international processing

Vercel hosts the website; Prefect Horizon runs the MCP server; Supabase stores the uploaded videos. Instagram receives download requests for submitted links. Your AI client receives the tool result. These providers may process technical information and content in countries other than your own. The current Supabase project is hosted in Seoul, South Korea; other providers' processing and logging locations depend on their infrastructure. 5. Retention

Local working copies are kept in request-specific temporary folders and cleaned up when processing ends. Uploaded MP4 files currently have no automatic expiry and remain until removed by the operator or storage provider. Infrastructure logs follow the relevant provider's retention settings. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve requests, address disputes, and meet applicable obligations; it is not subject to a promised automatic deletion schedule.

6. Cookies and website analytics

The website does not intentionally add advertising trackers, marketing analytics, or application cookies. Hosting and network providers may process ordinary request information for delivery, security, and diagnostics. Links to external services are subject to those services' policies.

7. Your requests and choices

You can avoid processing by not submitting a link. To request access, correction, deletion, or exercise rights available under applicable law, email wlstndydz616@gmail.com. For video removal, include the original Reel URL and returned MP4 URL, and enough information to identify your relationship to the content. Do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents. We may ask for proportionate verification and will respond as required by applicable law. Removal from our storage cannot delete third-party copies.

8. Security, children, and changes

We use HTTPS and keep server credentials outside the public plugin package. Public video URLs remain public by design. The service is intended for adults and is not directed at children. Contact us if you believe a child's information has been submitted improperly. We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date here.
