Terms of service

1. The service

ClipBridge accepts supported Instagram video links, downloads eligible videos, uploads MP4 copies to public storage, and returns verified public URLs. Currently, individual Reels up to five minutes are supported. ClipBridge provides a video URL; an AI client's ability to play or analyze that video is outside our control.

2. Your permission and responsibilities

Only submit content you own or are authorized to download, copy, store, and make available through a public URL. You remain responsible for complying with copyright, privacy, publicity rights, applicable law, and source-platform terms. Do not use the service to bypass access controls, process private or confidential content, distribute unlawful material, or infringe another person's rights.

3. Public copies and retention

Submitting a link authorizes the processing and storage necessary to fulfill your request. The resulting MP4 is accessible to anyone who has its URL without authentication. The URL is not a private sharing mechanism. Uploaded videos have no automatic expiration and remain until removed by the operator or storage provider. Removal cannot revoke copies already downloaded by others.

4. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, overload infrastructure, interfere with other users, probe for credentials, or misrepresent ownership. We may restrict access, remove content, or suspend processing to address abuse, rights complaints, operational limits, or legal requirements.

5. Availability and changes

This is a beta service. Source-platform restrictions, changes in download support, outages, and storage limits can prevent a request from succeeding. We may modify or discontinue features. Links may stop working if content is removed or infrastructure changes. No continuous availability or permanent hosting commitment is made.

6. Third-party services

ClipBridge uses Vercel for the website, Prefect Horizon for the MCP runtime, and Supabase for public video storage. Your AI client and Instagram are separate services with their own terms and privacy practices. ClipBridge is not endorsed by those providers.

7. Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. You are responsible for how you use and share returned links.
