Get help with a failed conversion

Send the original Instagram Reel URL, the approximate time of the attempt, the client you used, and the error message. Please do not send passwords, cookies, API keys, or private conversation history. Instagram restrictions and deleted or private content can prevent conversion.

Request video removal

Email the original Reel URL and the ClipBridge MP4 URL. Tell us whether you are the uploader, a person shown in the video, or a rights holder, and describe your request. We may ask for limited verification before acting. Public videos have no automatic expiry, so contact us if removal is needed.

Copyright, privacy, or abuse reports

Include the affected URL, your relationship to the content, the nature of the concern, and a way to reply. We review requests and take action where appropriate. Removing our stored file does not remove the original Instagram post or copies held by other parties.

Use https://mcp.clipbridge.io/mcp as the remote Streamable HTTP endpoint. No authentication is required. The tool is get_instagram_reel_video_url with a single url argument. Only individual Instagram videos of five minutes or less are supported.
